Currently on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays, Rusty Cuave will conduct 15 min guided meditations, focusing on centering and breathing techniques. This will be held in the kid's room beginning at 11:45. Everyone is welcome, free of charge!

Rusty had a successful massage and Reiki practice in California and started Mountain Mobile Massage. He is excited to give back to our local community by teaching Meditation and Hands on Healing to help keep us all centered and healthy.
